These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and 1SENSE STUDIOS ("1SENSE Studios," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Arrowdrift mobile game, our websites, and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We've kept the language as plain as we can — but it is still a real contract.
1. Who can play
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using it, you confirm you are at least 13. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. Except where the law says otherwise, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or its content. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
3. Accounts & leaderboards
If the Service offers accounts or online leaderboards, you are responsible for your login and for activity under it, and for the display name you choose (keep it clean and don't impersonate others). Leaderboards are opt-in. We may remove scores obtained through cheating, automation, or exploits, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases, virtual items & ads
Arrowdrift is free to play. Optional in-app purchases — such as premium themes, level packs, and ad-removal — are processed by Apple or Google and subject to their terms and refund policies; all sales are final except where a refund is required by law or by the relevant app store. Virtual items and in-game content have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may add, change, retire, or re-price items, and we may revoke items obtained by error, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Free play includes interstitial ads; a one-time purchase removes them. You may also choose to watch optional "watch to earn" rewarded videos in exchange for an in-game reward — watching is never required to play or progress. Ads and rewarded videos are served by a third-party ad provider — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use & your content
Be decent. Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass others, cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorised third-party software, or disrupt the Service or other players. If the Service lets you submit anything (such as a display name), you are responsible for it, you must have the right to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate the Service. We may remove content and suspend access at our discretion.
6. Our content & intellectual property
The Service and everything in it — the art, design, writing, music, names, logos, and code — is owned by 1SENSE Studios or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. "Arrowdrift," "1SENSE STUDIOS," and our logos are our marks. You may capture and share screenshots and clips of your own play for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose, with no obligation or payment to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, Apple, Google, our hosting provider, and our ad provider). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate. Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1SENSE Studios and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we were advised such damages were possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50. Where the law does not allow these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1SENSE Studios and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other players. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and the dispute terms below — survive.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree to resolve disputes exclusively in the courts located in Athens, Greece, and, where enforceable, on an individual basis only — you and we waive any class or representative action. Nothing here removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Arrowdrift grows. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in-game or by other means. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede earlier agreements on the subject. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
