Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 June 2026 · 1SENSE STUDIOS

This Privacy Policy explains how 1SENSE STUDIOS ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Arrowdrift or use our related services (the "Service"). We built Arrowdrift to be a calm, generous puzzle, and that extends to your data: we collect as little as we can, and we don't track you across the internet.

The short version

  • Your game is yours. Your progress, stars, and settings are stored to make the game work, not to profile you — and they live on your device by default.
  • No cross-app tracking. We don't follow you around other apps or websites, and we don't build advertising profiles.
  • Ads are limited and removable. Free play shows occasional ads; a one-time purchase removes them. Rewarded videos are always opt-in.
  • Leaderboards are opt-in. Online ladders are off until you turn them on and pick a display name.

Information we collect

Game data. To run the game and save your progress — your completed levels, stars, settings, and the like — we store game state on your device. If you opt into online leaderboards, your chosen display name and your scores are stored with our hosting provider so the ladders can rank you.

Launch-list email (only if you give it). If you enter your email to join the launch list, we store that email so we can tell you when Arrowdrift releases. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Purchase information. If you buy a premium theme, level pack, or ad-removal, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred; we never see your full payment details.

Advertising data. Free play includes interstitial ads, and you may optionally watch rewarded videos for in-game rewards. Our third-party ad provider serves these and may process limited data needed to do so — for example, a device advertising identifier and basic technical information. Removing ads via purchase stops interstitials; rewarded videos only ever run when you choose to watch one.

Support correspondence. If you contact support, we keep your message and contact details long enough to help you, and no longer than necessary.

Technical & device data. Like most apps, we (or our providers) may process limited technical data — such as device type, operating-system version, and crash/diagnostic information — to keep the Service working and secure.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to process purchases; to run leaderboards you've opted into; to serve and reward ads; to respond to support; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and to comply with the law.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (running the game), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), with your consent (for example, opt-in leaderboards, rewarded ads, or the launch list), and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: the app stores (Apple / Google) to process purchases; service providers who run things like hosting, leaderboards, and crash reporting on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; our advertising provider, to serve ads and rewarded videos; and authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the Service. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that, subject to this Policy.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we try to be careful.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

Arrowdrift is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes to this Policy

If this Policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know in-game or by email where appropriate.
